Beloved Body Temple
10-16 Oct 2026
Cancún, Mexico
Come remember what it feels like to be fully alive inside your own body.
“I didn’t realize how numb I had become until my body started waking back up.”
A Sanctuary for your body, heart, and nervous system.
For seven days, we step out of performance, pressure, and constant doing… and into the regenerative rhythm of the body.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about softening the layers of survival that have kept you disconnected from your body, truth, aliveness, pleasure, and belonging.
Together, we gather in sacred space to rest, breathe, move, soften, reconnect, and remember.
Through somatic practices, ritual, movement, meditation, breathwork, group process, and community care, we create space for transformation that is gentle, grounded, and deeply embodied.
Somewhere inside…
You long to feel more alive, open, sensual, or present
• You are tired of surviving and ready to soften
• You crave rest, truth, tenderness, and renewal
• You miss feeling at home in your body
• You desire deeper connection with yourself and others
• You are ready to remember parts of yourself you had to leave behind
The Rhythm of our days
Morning stillness with the ocean air on your skin.
Slow movement before breakfast.
Breath that finally reaches the places you’ve been holding.
Tears that arrive without shame.
Laughter that shakes through the body like rain after drought.
Women witnessing one another without performance.
Movement. Ritual. Rest.
Waves lapping over your body.
Candles after sunset.
Deep conversations under the stars.
Time to be alone.
Time to be held in community.
Time to hear yourself again.
Through movement, breath, ritual, stillness, connection, and spacious integration, we create a week that nourishes both the nervous system and the soul.
An Intimate Gathering
Beloved Body Temple is intentionally limited to 18 women.
It is an intimate, carefully held container designed to support depth, safety, connection, and individualized care.
We gather in beautiful beachfront suites in Cancún, Mexico, with ocean views, shared meals, spacious practice areas, and room to both connect and retreat inward.
There is space for laughter.
Space for tears.
Space to disappear into the sound of the ocean for a while.
Some women come alone.
Some come with a friend.
Many leave feeling like they found a new kind of sisterhood.
The pace is intentionally spacious.
There is no pressure to perform, push, or become anything other than more honest with yourself.
Your Body Remembers
Sleep that feels deep and restful again.
Hunger.
Pleasure.
Clarity.
The ability to feel your own yes.
And your own no.
Breath that moves all the way through the body.
A softness that is not weakness.
A tenderness that does not require performance.
Women often arrive exhausted from holding everything together.
And somewhere between the ocean, the stillness, the movement, the laughter, the witnessing, and the rest…
something begins to come alive again.
Not because you became someone else.
Because you finally had enough safety to become more fully yourself.
You do not have to hold
yourself together here.

A Grounded & Welcoming Space
This retreat welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Many women arrive during seasons of transition, grief, awakening, reinvention, exhaustion, or longing for deeper connection with themselves and life.
You do not need to know how to do this work “correctly.”
You do not need to be spiritual, performative, expressive, or experienced.
This space is rooted in consent, nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and personal sovereignty.
There is never pressure to share publicly, process beyond your capacity, or participate in any practice that does not feel aligned.
You are always welcome to move at your own pace.
This work is invitational, grounded, and deeply human.
If your body is whispering yes…
You are welcome here.
